This Solutions Sales role is part of the Software Solutions Sales Team, focusing on driving our Strategic Solutions within the Banking vertical. Responsibilities include achieving sales success and market penetration through direct and channel sales, focusing on new business within assigned accounts and regions.

We seek a successful salesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to seek new business, and proven SaaS experience, ideally in selling large enterprise software to Tier-1 Banking customers.

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.


Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities to meet targets
  2. Lead all sales cycle aspects in target accounts, including solution development, negotiations, and closing
  3. Become an expert in Workcloud Solutions for your accounts/region/territory
  4. Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities
  5. Handle contracts and agreements effectively, ensuring expectations are met
  6. Meet and exceed quotas for contracts and revenue through multi-year cloud contracts
  7. Close large, enterprise-wide ARR contracts
  8. Understand Zebra’s value propositions and how our solutions benefit customers
  9. Identify and influence key decision makers and stakeholders within prospects
  10. Build a productive territory by transforming suspects into long-term clients
  11. Engage with prospects regularly in the field
  12. Align retailer priorities with Zebra solutions, moving projects to closure with a value-based approach
  13. Hold prospects accountable and develop relationships with leading brands
  14. Work collaboratively with sales teams, business development, solution consultants, and others
  15. Maintain knowledge of solutions, industry events, and competitors
  16. Adopt a challenger approach by understanding client issues and proactively offering solutions
  17. Develop credibility to partner with C-level executives and close high-value SaaS deals

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in enterprise software sales
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales in Banking/Financial Services
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

  • Workforce management SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in high-value, multi-year SaaS sales with 6-12 month cycles
  • Ability to penetrate new accounts and create needs
  • Strong value-based selling skills
  • Business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Autonomy in decision-making to enhance sales effectiveness

Salary: USD 110,600 - USD 165,800 annually, with potential incentives and long-term equity awards.
