Qualifications

• Required: 12+ years of experience or 10+ years with M.S. (an additional 4 years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree).
• Hands-on experience developing/modifying software in C, C++, Python, and Assembly.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis tools (Wireshark).
• Ability to support and troubleshoot fielded software systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion version control systems.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and expand existing toolsets to meet evolving mission needs.
• Derive, document, and analyze technical and mission requirements.
• Build end-to-end software solutions that operate within mission constraints.
• Participate in peer code reviews to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Create prototypes to demonstrate understanding and validate mission requirements.
