Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Developer to join our intel team in Fort Meade, FL. You will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate mission-centric software to support analysts and operators.

You will work on C/C++/Python, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and help deliver solutions under tight mission constraints. The role emphasizes reverse engineering, Linux/embedded environments, and participation in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Top-secret security clearance with polygraph (TS/SCI).
• 12+ years of SWE experience with a BS or 10+ years with MS; degree substitution allowed.
• Familiarity with Unix-based systems and reverse engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
• Experience producing and modifying software in C/C++/Python; fielded system support.

Responsibilities

• Augment existing toolsets and derive/document requirements.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate mission understanding.
• Produce end-to-end toolsets within mission constraints.
• Provide technical consulting across software products and technologies.
• Participate in peer code reviews to reduce defects.
