Job summary

CACI International Inc in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a CNO Software & Reverse Engineer to design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate software for mission-focused projects. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience or 10+ years with MS (an additional 4 years can substitute for a bachelor’s degree).
• Hands-on experience developing and modifying software in C, C++, Python, and Assembly.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion version control systems.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver tactical, real‑world impact.

• Ability to provide support and troubleshooting for fielded software systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion version control systems.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Desired

• Experience reverse engineering Windows or embedded/RTOS platforms.
• Background developing CNO‑specific software for Windows, Linux, or embedded environments.
• Experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.
• Knowledge of vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
