Innovative Systems, Inc. is seeking a Release Coordinator to orchestrate end-to-end software releases across Billing, Usage, and related product teams. You will plan, track, and validate releases, ensuring teams stay aligned and informed.

You’ll lead readiness activities, manage risk, and drive improvements in release and testing processes, collaborating with engineering, QA, and DevOps to hit targets.

Qualifications

• QA experience or familiarity with QA processes.
• Experience coordinating complex software releases.
• Hands-on release management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development workflows.
• Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Keep releases on track and visible to all stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the software release calendar and timelines.
• Coordinate release schedules across Billing, Payments, Usage, and CABS teams.
• Lead release planning and readiness meetings; track scope, dependencies, milestones.
• Coordinate go/no-go reviews and release approvals; ensure complete release notes.
