Job summary

Jobtailor in Portland, OR is seeking a Global Base Rollout Process (BROP) Owner to define and govern the BROP across vehicle programs and regions. You will drive governance, standards, templates, and a scalable release framework to ensure readiness and adherence.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, cybersecurity, systems engineering and product, and monitor maturity metrics to foster continuous improvement and alignment with Software Defined Vehicle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in software development, software quality, release management, or systems engineering.
• Experience defining, implementing, or governing software lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within complex cross-functional technical organizations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software release methodologies.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global process owner for the Base Rollout Process (BROP).
• Develop and maintain the BROP framework, standards, policies, templates, and governance model.
