RTX is seeking a Software Quality Engineer for the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit in Tewksbury, MA. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify and validate embedded code, simulations, firmware, and related digital artifacts across development and integration efforts.

The role is onsite, requiring US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. A STEM bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of software experience are required, with familiarity in Agile or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Math (STEM) required.
2+ years applying technical concepts in software development.
Experience with software/firmware development and QA.</p>

Responsibilities

Program Execution Support – participate in all phases of systems/digital products design and development.
Ensure digital products comply with product/process requirements.
Review and approve inputs/outputs to Software, Systems, and Test artifacts.
