Job description

We are currently looking for a Sr. Software Quality Assurance for our team.

The successful candidate will work in a team of highly motivated and talented software engineers, responsible for delivering new capabilities on the 7750 Service Router (SR) in Nokia's IP Division. The Nokia 7750 SR product family provides high-performance networking solutions to meet evolving service demands driven by the cloud, LTE/5G, and the Internet of Things. Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform development activities of complex features.
  • Support and lead small teams or multiple features to complete projects.
  • Participate in technical discussions to improve and enhance features.
  • Design architecture components focusing on performance and scalability.
  • Drive non-functional requirements within the team.
  • Handle complex customer issues effectively.
  • Improve code quality and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and signaling protocols (RSVP, LDP).
  • Experience with Linux and scripting languages (TCL, Python, Perl, Shell).
  • Familiarity with NFV, SDN, Virtualized Switching products, and virtualization technologies (KVM/QEMU, Xen, VMware ESXi) is a plus.
  • Experience in IP networking testing and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking test tools (IXIA, Spirent, IPerf, Wireshark).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in leading or supporting technical teams and projects.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or higher degree.
