We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Banking to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both manual and automated test scripts for our software products. As a Principal QA Engineer, you will ensure the high quality and reliability of our solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating, designing, and executing efficient test cases, primarily for UI / API automation testing.
• Performing various tests such as manual black box, UI, regression, functional, or integration testing as needed.
• Maintaining test cases for new features, bugs, and technical updates.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on test scripts and failed scenarios.
• Reporting on test progress and status.
• Learning new technologies and applying them to projects.
• Contributing to test automation frameworks when required.
• Identifying and reporting risks related to output quality and testing; troubleshooting failed test cases with the development team.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of RTM to ensure coverage of requirements.
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage meeting all project requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in manual testing and 3+ years in test automation, with experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Experience in Banking and/or Fintech application testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium or Katalon test automation suites.
• Experience in developing test strategies and plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with the loan lifecycle in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial sectors.
