About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our software and firmware products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your experience and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer , you’ll be responsible for :

Collaborate with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives .

Design and implement system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.

Conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.

Perform performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.

Analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Participate actively in Scrum meetings and provide updates on QA progress and challenges.

Develop and implement automated testing tools and frameworks.

Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2 - 4 years of experience in software and firmware quality assurance.

Experience with Postman

Proficient in system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

Interest on automated testing tools and scripting languages.
