Job description

Travel: Travel will be required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties:

1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for the software.
2. Perform Unit, Component, Integration, System, and Acceptance testing for Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
3. Document and report software defects using a bug tracking system, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
4. Conduct functional and performance testing of key business scenarios.
5. Maintain automation test scripts regularly for product releases.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders to validate physical and network layer connectivity for the production environment.
7. Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
8. Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, and monitor quality assurance metrics.
9. Provide test users with necessary Permission Sets and Roles to control access to objects and approval processes.
10. Utilize tools such as Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Jenkins, Sauce Labs, and Postman for testing activities.
