Job summary
Vantor is a defense-focused software company seeking a Software QA Engineer to support development, trainers, and customers. The role involves testing features, creating test plans, and providing feedback on usability and workflows across multiple platforms.
The candidate will interface with government customers and must have a TS/SCI clearance with US citizenship. Experience with agile releases and GIS is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field; four extra years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- 5 years of experience in intelligence data collection, planning, and exploitation.
- 5 years of experience with Testing and Evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Support the testing and evaluation of features and capabilities.
- Create and execute test plans for software features.
- Provide feedback to software development staff regarding usability, workflows, and capabilities.
- Provide online support to customers and users.
- Interface with government customers on a routine basis to discuss requirements, progress, bug fixes, training, and other technical support.
