Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Software QA Engineer to ensure high-quality experiences across Web, Mobile, Desktop, API, Hardware, and AI-powered products. You will validate software functionality, system integrations, and AI features while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.

You will join a fast-paced organization focused on delivering customer-centric quality, with in-office collaboration expected 4-5 days per week in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Software QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Validate user stories, features, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze logs, API traffic, and backend systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and release readiness.
