Cricut is seeking a highly motivated Software QA Engineer to ensure high-quality experiences across Web, Mobile, Desktop, API, Hardware, and AI-powered products. You will validate software functionality, system integrations, and AI features while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Program teams.

The ideal candidate blends strong testing skills with clear communication, customer empathy, and a passion for quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience testing web, mobile, desktop, and API-based applications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in Agile software development processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Validate user stories, features, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze logs, API traffic, and backend systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and release readiness.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and verify defects through resolution.
• Provide customer-centric feedback to improve product experiences.
