Role Overview

We are looking to add a Software Product Manager to our team. This is a Remote position with 25% Travel.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with software management and technical teams to develop roadmaps aligned with market needs and strategic plans.
2. Define and communicate product goals to optimize development efforts.
3. Recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive research.
4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive products to support feature development.
5. Gather stakeholder and customer feedback to initiate product improvements.
6. Present product updates internally and externally, including training and support.
7. Collaborate with business partners to achieve objectives and support product distribution.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including knowledge of hydraulic analysis in Water or Wastewater Network Management.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity, and Agile/SCRUM is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
