Job summary

Revolution is seeking a Software Product Manager to shape software products powering our bike-share platforms. You will translate customer needs and business priorities into actionable product opportunities and drive delivery from discovery through launch.

In this role, you’ll partner with engineering, design, and leadership to ensure cohesive user experiences and scalable solutions. 6+ years in product management and a strong technical/UX background are ideal.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years with software product.
• Proven track record delivering software from discovery to scale.
• Technical understanding of software architecture and UX/UI design.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap across teams to align with company mission and business goals.
• Define product goals and success metrics and guide decisions based on results.
• Partner with Head of Product and hardware to align software and hardware roadmaps.
• Champion customer experience and act as the expert voice on digital products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Oversee product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
