Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable.
• 7+ years of product management experience, especially with algorithmic products or data-driven marketplace solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling marketplace or platform products with complex algorithms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to interpret complex data and drive impact.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication across cross-functional/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product vision for Mobility Marketplace with algorithmic focus.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, optimization.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, design, and operations to implement solutions.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competition to inform product strategy.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Communicate with stakeholders and executives to maintain alignment and transparency.
