Job summary

Revolution is seeking a Software Product Manager to shape software for our bikeshare platform. You will translate customer and operator needs into prioritized product opportunities and guide products from discovery to launch with an iterative, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to align software strategies with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions in a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years with software product.
• Proventrack record of delivering successful software products from concept to scale.
• Technical understanding of software architecture and UX/UI design.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a shared software product vision and roadmap across teams.
• Define product goals and success measures; guide decisions and evaluate results.
• Partner with Head of Product to align software and hardware roadmaps.
• Balance customer needs with business priorities and market opportunities.
• Champion the customer experience and deliver cohesive digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead and develop Business Analysts to support product priorities.
