Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or a related field preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with familiarity in SaaS or software metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders or investment committees.
• Genuine interest in enterprise software markets and technology trends.
• High maturity, accountability, and ability to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, assess risks, and support new investments.
• Develop and maintain financial models for company performance, valuation, and capital structure.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior investment professionals and Investment Committee discussions.
• Support transaction execution across diligence, structuring, financing, and closing.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key business drivers.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management on growth, profitability, and value creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors across investment workstreams.
• Own key workstreams with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide guidance to junior investment team members.
