Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed in 2025 or earlier.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or related field preferred, ideally with software exposure.
• Strong financial modeling skills with familiarity in key SaaS metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders and committees.
• Genuine interest in enterprise software markets and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective investment opportunities and support execution of new investments.
• Develop and maintain financial models for company performance and returns.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior investment professionals and committees.
• Support transaction execution across diligence, structuring, financing, and closing.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key business drivers.
• Partner with portfolio company management to focus on growth and value creation.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams across investment workstreams.
• Take ownership of workstreams with timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior investment team members.
