Qualifications

• Oversees and coordinates people, resources, and processes to deliver new software or upgrades, may lead hands-on development.
• Guides large teams, with extensive industry experience at top of field.
• Leads 84 months of team leadership in agile environments and mentors developers.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate coding practices.
• Proficient in SDLC tools: Agile/Scrum, GitLab CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks.
• Translates architectural decisions into code using design patterns where appropriate.
• Proactively identifies technical debt and leads refactoring with SonarQube and code quality tools.
• Experience implementing authentication/authorization using OAuth, SAML, and AD.
• Experience writing/automating tests with JUnit or Selenium and re-platforming apps to OpenShift.

Responsibilities
