Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. in Albany, NY, is seeking a Software Developer to assist moving worker protection applications to Google Cloud. You will develop new code, maintain production systems, and troubleshoot outages.

You will coordinate with technical testers and business testers, implement changes to meet requirements, and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Prior Angular and API experience is essential.

• Experience with web servers such as Nginx and Apache HTTP Server.
• Experience with Form.IO for form building and API data management.
• Experience with Spring Boot applications.

Job description

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Software Developer in Albany, NY.

Description:
The consultant will assist in moving the worker protection applications to Google cloud. The resource will develop new code, as well as maintain and troubleshoot production problems/outages.

The consultant will:

• Monitor the application during infrastructure changes and during normal application hours.
• Make application changes to satisfy business requirements.
• Work with technical testers and business testers as a liaison to check backend results and provide testing data.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months of experience creating Angular 8+ applications, including CSS and ReactJS
• 84 months of debugging experience (including browser developer tools and Angular DevTools) as well as experience with building, testing, sharing and managing APIs tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• 60 months of experience working with application authentication mechanisms involving JWT, GCP Firebase and Okta
• 36 months of experience working with SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Datastore, ElasticSearch, etc.)
• 24 months of experience working with web servers such as Nginx server and Apache HTTP server
• 12 months of experience working with form builders and API data management platforms such as Form.IO
• 24 months of experience working with Spring boot applications.
