Empower AI is seeking a diligent IT Support Specialist to manage software licensing workflows and support users with standards and licensing compliance.

You will route tickets, collaborate with resellers and field sites on complex software deliveries, and ensure service requests are fulfilled to defined performance standards. You will also manage license keys, install packages, and assist with software contract management tooling to help resolve IT service requests.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the software licensing mailbox and respond to all requests, processing service requests to performance standards.
• Assist end users with software standards, route tickets to appropriate stakeholders, and coordinate with resellers and sites on complex software deliveries.
• Maintain license keys and install packages, update internal tools for software contract management, and support resolution of IT service request issues.
