Raytheon Technologies is seeking a License Services Specialist to manage license servers (Windows/Linux) and support hardware/software entitlement across multiple sites. You will work in a hybrid environment supporting the Foundational Capabilities Team within the Engineering Services Department.

Responsibilities include automating workflows with PowerApps/PowerShell, maintaining license managers, and coordinating with applications and cyber teams on upgrades, DR, and compliance.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Windows Server and RHEL administration experience.
• Experience with license managers such as FlexLM, Reprise/RLM, CodeMeter, SentinelRMS or SentinelHASP.
• Experience automating workflows using PowerApps or PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support engineering license servers across Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Support license managers and ensure reliability across Windows and Linux.
• Collaborate with teams during upgrades to assess licensing impacts.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance license managers and entitlement monitoring.
• Develop DR plans for license services and ensure resiliency.
• Support monitoring and reporting for license availability across environments.
• Create documentation including admin procedures and guides.
• Partner with stakeholders to align licensing with enterprise policies.
