Job summary

Maximus is seeking an ITSM Entitlement Analyst to manage enterprise software licensing, entitlements, and publisher relationships for a federal contracting environment. The role emphasizes compliance, optimization, and collaboration with procurement and program teams.

The position supports licensing across desktop environments, coordinates with multiple publishers, and contributes to contract deliverables while ensuring alignment with federal IT governance requirements. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating with multiple software publishers/vendors in an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven ability to track, manage and reconcile hundreds of software entitlements.
• Hands-on licensing SME experience including renewals and optimization opportunities.
• Experience supporting IT procurement activities and onboarding publishers.
• Strong analytical skills to improve asset management processes in a regulated environment.
• Experience producing formal deliverables and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationships with 30+ software publishers for desktop licensing operations.
• Track and maintain compliance for 400+ entitlements, ensuring renewals align with terms.
• Provide licensing SME input on onboarding and license optimization.
• Support procurement and onboarding of new managed publishers with stakeholders.
• Produce reports and artifacts supporting enterprise IT operations.
• Analyze licensing processes and recommend improvements aligned with governance.
