• Minimum of 3 years of related post-secondary education, technical certifications, or technology-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating software licensing requests with agency partners, procurement personnel, vendors, and technical teams.
• Tracking licensing requirements, subscription periods, maintenance agreements, expiration dates, and renewal deadlines.
• Reviewing and interpreting software master agreements, terms and conditions, EULAs, and other software agreements.
• Coordinating software purchases and renewals to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion.
• Managing software vendor portals to obtain licensing information, manage subscriptions, access software and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records related to software licensing, inventory, renewal schedules, and deployment status.
• Using SQL to query, review, validate, and analyze software licensing data to support reporting.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, procedures, and tracking.
