Qualifications
- Four years of computer programming experience with higher level languages including two years at Programmer Analyst level or equivalent.
- Masters may substitute for one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design specifications for highly complex, large-scale systems.
- Maintain systems and ensure availability and proper function.
- Diagnose and fix complex software problems and prevent recurrence.
- Lead and coordinate project teams and supervise technical staff.
