Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks a Software License Management Analyst to support the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB. The analyst is responsible for custody, inventory, tracking, and compliance of software licensing assets across unclassified, classified, and isolated laboratory environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining the licensing database, recording licenses and keys, auditing licenses, and communicating compliance risks to Government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Software Asset Management or software licensing.
• Experience tracking licenses, entitlements, and license models (perpetual, subscription, node-locked, concurrent).
• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized software licensing and inventory database.
• Track licenses, product keys, and version baselines.
• Custodian of End-User License Agreements and maintenance agreements.
• Conduct software license audits across networks and isolated labs.
• Monitor license consumption to prevent overages or unauthorized installs.
• Track vendor lifecycle events and renewals.
• Generate procurement forecasts and licensing recommendations.
• Maintain software inventory configuration baselines.
• Document authorized software catalog for Directorate personnel.
• Communicate compliance risks to Government and contractor teams.
