Job summary

KSA Integration, LLC seeks a Software License Manager to support the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office at Quantico, VA. This full-time role manages the COTS software portfolio from activation to deactivation, working under acquisition program analyst guidance. Clearance is required, and employment is contingent upon award.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft license management procedures for Government approval; coordinate incoming COTS requests and facilitate procurement workflows.
• Maintain configuration status records, expiration and renewal schedules, portfolio cost forecasts with fair share allocation, utilization and accounting summaries, and procurement timelines with purchase order status.
• Identify applicable agreement and procurement path for each requirement across program, Marine Corps enterprise, DoD enterprise, and manufacturer agreements; validate entitlements and quantities.
• Analyze the portfolio for consolidation opportunities and recommend license approach, quantity, and cross-program optimization changes.
• Track software and firmware versions within license and configuration management in support of cybersecurity and Authorization to Operate requirements.

Position Overview

This position supports the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA as a Software License Manager. The Software License Manager is the central administrator for a Marine Corps program office Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software portfolio spanning fielded, laboratory, test, and training assets, managing every license from activation through deactivation. United States of America: $70,000 USD – $90,000 USD
