Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best‑practice standards.
• Develop, integrate, and debug software across aircraft flight software, simulated mission systems, and lab setups.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implementing reliable, repeatable builds and fostering a continuous‑delivery culture.
• Architect and enhance virtual development labs and aircraft‑software processes for scalability and usability.
• Design and implement automation tools using open‑source, commercial, and in‑house solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with mission‑system experts, simulation specialists, and stakeholders.
