Job summary

Imaging Business Machines, LLC seeks a Software Integration Specialist to drive client onboarding from kickoff to live processing. You will configure ibml software, train end users, and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful implementations.

Required is a CS/MIS degree or 5 years in document imaging solution integration, plus strong Java/HTML and database experience, and the ability to travel as needed. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or MIS.
• 5 years of extensive experience with Solution Integration in Document Imaging Industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies.
• Maturity and demeanor to establish credibility with clients.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions collaboratively.

• Experience with Java Development, HTML, relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, XML).
• Knowledge of Network Active Directory, domain security policies.
• Working knowledge of IIS, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience capacity and sizing planning.
• Willingness/Ability to Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management in gathering requirements and documents for the technical design document.
• Establish project capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces for the end user solution.
• Confer with analysts, engineers, programmers to design and configure the solution.
• Develop custom application code required to meet client business rules.
• Synthesize knowledge to plan and carry out integration activities.
• Deliver solution configuration and end-user training to drive adoption.
• Conduct implementation training sessions remotely and on client site.
• Resolve client inquiries and own issues through resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis and suggest alternative configurations.
• Develop and maintain product and business knowledge.
• Assess complex situations and present collaborative recommendations.
