Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a Software Integration Lead to join a diverse team and deliver advanced radar software solutions. You will negotiate backlog priorities, estimate schedules based on team velocity, and interface with lab IT to ensure a robust toolchain across cloud and lab environments.

Qualified candidates will have a ABET-accredited degree in CS/CE, 12–15 years of software project management experience, strong C++ skills, and active US citizenship with Final Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 12-15 years of software development project management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain Final Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced radar software development and delivery; manage agile backlog priorities and velocity.
• Lead schedule estimation, communicate progress to customers, and coordinate toolchain with lab IT.
• Collaborate with a hybrid/lab team and maintain two CI/CD pipelines (cloud and lab).
