You will define and sustain the program's integration framework and provide technical leadership for cross-team activities, including planning and validation strategies; the role emphasizes delivering robust integration artifacts and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field; 8 years of military experience in related integration duties (6 years with a Master's).
• Strong background in automated testing and mobile app testing.
• Experience with API testing, RESTful services, JSON/XML formats.
• Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, SVN, TFS, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Defining, developing, and sustaining the Integration Framework and providing technical leadership for cross-team integration activities.
• Integration planning, risk identification, schedule alignment, and ensuring artifacts and baselines are complete.
• Lead interface validation strategies and resolve complex cross-team integration issues.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

Active TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science or Technology or Engineering or Math)
• Min 8 years of military experience in related integration duties (6 years with a Master's degree) including:
  • Proven experience in software testing within IT environments with a strong focus on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
  • Solid understanding of API testing methodologies for RESTful services; familiarity with JSON/XML data formats is essential.
  • Experience working with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or DB2; ability to perform data analysis skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Min 8 years of experience in leading technical teams or designing large-scale distributed systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments.
