Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science or Technology or Engineering or Math)
- Min 8 years of military experience in related integration duties (6 years with a Master's degree) including:
- Proven experience in software testing within IT environments with a strong focus on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
- Solid understanding of API testing methodologies for RESTful services; familiarity with JSON/XML data formats is essential.
- Experience working with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or DB2; ability to perform data analysis skills for troubleshooting issues.
- Min 8 years of experience in leading technical teams or designing large-scale distributed systems.
What Sets You Apart
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or HP ALM is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis; excellent debugging skills are essential for identifying issues efficiently.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering, design review, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting within complex system environments.
