Job summary

INMYTEAM CORP. is seeking a dynamic Implementation Specialist to onboard clients, train them on our software, and guide them through implementation, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Support team.

You will work directly with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and build long-term relationships in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Weston, FL, with two remote days per week and in-office Mon/Wed/Fri.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new INMYTEAM clients
• Train clients on how to effectively use the INMYTEAM software
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
• Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities during implementation
• Document implementation progress and outcomes
• Coordinate a smooth handoff from Implementation to the Support team
• Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client experience

Job description

• We are looking for adynamic, intelligent, and client-focused Implementation Specialistto join our team. This role is critical to our customer experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training them on our software, guiding them through implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Support team once onboarding is complete.
• The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients, explaining technical concepts in a clear and friendly way, and building long-term relationships.Experience in Home Health Care—and especially Home Health Care billing—is a strong plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in theHome Health Care industry
• Home Health Care billing knowledge(major plus)
• Previous experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or training roles
• Full-time position
• Based in ourWeston, FL office
• Two remote workdays per week. In-Office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
