Job summary

Insperity, a leading HR solutions provider, seeks a project implementations professional to learn and configure systems via SQL scripting and product settings. You will engage with clients to define objectives and support enterprise deployments.

You will collaborate with analysts and training teams to tailor configuration, deliver administrator and user training, and help optimize customer experience across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field required.
• Experience in system integration, HR or accounting preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Host client discussions to determine project objectives and deployments.
• Create configuration notes and verify accuracy with senior staff.
• Set up client software and verify questions with the team.
• Configure interfaces to integrate HR/payroll/accounting systems.
• Provide client training on Insperity Business Performance solutions.
