HP Solutions (HPS) seeks a strategic, data-driven leader to drive Software GTM Strategy & Business Planning within Digital Services. You will connect strategy to execution, shape go-to-market plans, and drive planning rigor across the business, focusing on a platform-led, recurring-revenue model in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years in strategy, GTM planning, business planning, or similar roles in tech/software.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM planning cadence (annual planning, QBRs) across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Translate strategy into execution with clear GTM plans, pipeline assumptions, and coverage models.
• Drive software growth planning including ARR, GRR, NRR, and subscription strategies.
