Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, and we are seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position available to any US candidate.

The client's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enhances DeFi (Decentralized Finance) trading by improving connectivity. In the decentralized DeFi world, being connected to everyone is crucial. Coinbase is one of their investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Develop offerings that leverage profit validators' gains
• Create offerings for searchers
• Contribute to the codebase of our services
• Integrate core systems with blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and future blockchains on the roadmap
• Engage in special data analysis projects

Requirements

• 2+ years managing senior software engineers who are experts in their fields
• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• 3+ years of experience in Blockchain technology
• 2+ years of experience with Blockchain MEV
• Expertise in Go programming
• Creative, independent, proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
