Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, and we are seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position open to any US candidate.

Our client's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enables DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders to execute better trades through improved connectivity. In the decentralized DeFi world, being connected to everyone is crucial. Coinbase is one of their investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Develop offerings that leverage profit validators' gains
• Create solutions for searchers
• Contribute to the codebase of our services
• Integrate core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and future blockchains on the roadmap
• Work on data analysis projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years managing senior software engineers who are experts in their field
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems
• Over 3 years of experience in blockchain technology
• More than 2 years of experience in Blockchain MEV
• Proficiency in Go programming
• Creative, independent, proactive, ownership-driven, and a strong team player
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
