Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position open to any US candidate.

Their Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enhances DeFi trading by ensuring better connectivity among traders. Notably, Coinbase is an investor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Develop offerings that leverage profit validator's gains
• Create offerings for searchers
• Contribute to the codebase of our services
• Integrate core systems with blockchains like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and others on the roadmap
• Engage in data analysis projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years managing senior software engineers
• At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and implementing scalable distributed backend systems
• Over 3 years of blockchain experience
• More than 2 years in Blockchain MEV
• Proficiency in Go
• Creative, independent, proactive, ownership-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, etc.)
