Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position available for any US candidate.

Their Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enables DeFi traders to improve their trades through better connectivity. Unlike traditional systems, DeFi requires connection to everyone. Coinbase is among their investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Create offerings that leverage profit validator gains
• Develop offerings for searchers
• Contribute to the codebase of our services
• Integrate core systems with blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and others on the roadmap
• Work on data analysis projects

Requirements

• 2+ years managing senior software engineers
• At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and implementing scalable, distributed backend systems
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain technology
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
• Expertise in Go programming
• Creative, independent, with a can-do attitude, ownership mindset, and team player
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
