Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position open to any US candidate.

Their Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enhances DeFi (Decentralized Finance) trading by improving connectivity. In the decentralized world of DeFi, being connected to everyone is crucial. Coinbase is among their investors.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of blockchain core experts
2. Create offerings that leverage profit validators' gains
3. Develop offerings for searchers
4. Contribute to the codebase of our services
5. Integrate core systems with various blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and others on the roadmap
6. Engage in special data analysis projects

Requirements

1. 2+ years managing senior software engineers who are experts in their fields
2. At least 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
3. 3+ years of experience in Blockchain technology
4. 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
5. Expertise in Go programming language
6. Creative, independent, proactive attitude, ownership of responsibilities, and strong team collaboration skills
7. Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
