Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Our client is at the forefront of crypto technology, and we are seeking talented engineers to join their team. This is a remote position open to any US-based candidate.

Our client's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enhances DeFi (Decentralized Finance) trading by enabling better connectivity among traders. In the decentralized DeFi ecosystem, being connected to everyone is crucial. Coinbase is among their investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Develop offerings that leverage profit validators' gains
• Create offerings for searchers
• Contribute to the codebase of our services
• Integrate core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and future blockchain platforms
• Engage in special data analysis projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing senior software engineers who are experts in their field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• Over 3 years of experience in Blockchain technology
• More than 2 years of experience with Blockchain MEV
• Proficiency in Go programming
• Creative, independent, proactive attitude with ownership of responsibilities and strong team collaboration skills
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
