Job Description: Software Engineering Team Lead

Their Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) enhances DeFi trading by ensuring better connectivity among traders. In the decentralized DeFi space, being connected to everyone is crucial. Coinbase is among their investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of blockchain core experts
• Develop offerings that leverage profit validator gains
• Create solutions for searchers
• Contribute to the code base of our services
• Integrate core systems with blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and others on the roadmap
• Participate in special data analysis projects

Requirements

• 2+ years managing Senior Software Engineers with expertise in their fields
• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems
• 3+ years of experience in Blockchain technology
• 2+ years of experience with Blockchain MEV
• Proficiency in Go
• Creative, independent, proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm)
