Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold seeks a Salesforce Engineer to architect and build a new Salesforce instance from day one, bridging CRM with NetSuite ERP via MuleSoft. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with strategic design leadership and data governance to ensure a scalable, secure CRM ecosystem.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in Salesforce, deep MuleSoft expertise, and a security-first mindset, plus experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Salesforce engineering with end-to-end implementation from scratch.
• Expert MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for APIs and integrations.
• Deep ERP integration experience with NetSuite or similar.
• Strong Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce DX proficiency.
• Security-first approach and knowledge of Salesforce Shield.
• Bachelor's in CS or related field; relevant architect certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of a new Salesforce instance from discovery to deployment.
• Architect real-time Salesforce–NetSuite integrations using MuleSoft.
• Develop scalable code with Apex, LWC, and Flow; follow CI/CD and TDD.
• Establish data governance for golden records between CRM and ERP.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor juniors, and ensure platform health.
• Handle platform administration tasks and user/permission management.
