You will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, oversee project planning and delivery, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and SDLC; familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
