Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software engineering team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable software.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to meet short-term goals and deadlines.
• Develop and enforce software engineering standards, best practices, and governance.
• Collaborate with architecture, analytics, and security to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications that meet business needs.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Review and approve designs, code, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to development and delivery.
