SRAM LLC is seeking a seasoned engineering leader in Phoenixville, PA to oversee software developers and related roles. You will manage resources, guide delivery against roadmaps, and partner with Product Management on what and how needs to be prioritized.

This role also drives non-functional backlog, release readiness, and continuous improvement within a scaled software organization. The position requires a CS degree and 7+ years in software with prior people management.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of professional software experience.
Prior people management experience or taking on a management role for the first time.
Experience delivering software products using an incremental approach.
Experience running Agile teams and using tools like JIRA.

Lead hiring for open positions.
Manage delivery against roadmaps, milestones, and requests.
Own release management and triage issues discovered in release preparation.
