IPI Technolab is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a software team end-to-end, staying hands-on with architecture, coding, reviews, and delivery. The role drives technical strategy, quality, and scalable solutions across projects.
You will mentor engineers, plan sprints and releases, and partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design to remove blockers while maintaining high standards for performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
