Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application software solution development along with managing software engineering teams.
• Strategic planning and execution for evolving architectures with cloud-based technologies (AWS), SaaS, and open source frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies, including Web Services (SOAP and REST).
• Front end experience with Angular and containerization in cloud environments like OpenShift/AWS.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases; CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Rally, SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5+ software engineers and serve as the go-to technical leader for supported applications.
• Influence technical strategy across architecture and delivery teams, considering cross-functional impacts.
• Collaborate to identify integration opportunities across lifecycle tools and drive efficiencies.
• Provide transparent risk communications and mentor engineers toward best practices and innovation.
• Oversee delivery, coaching, and adherence to clean code, facilitating regular Innovation Sprints.
