Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Expertise in at least one modern language (Java, Python, C#, Go).
• Strong full-stack experience with Angular, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to define requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Drive best practices, testing, release processes, and AI-assisted development.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues; ensure stability of critical systems.
• Contribute to architecture evolution and new technologies adoption.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC from concept to deployment.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance development and product features.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Explore intelligent automation and prompt-driven development where appropriate.
